Steering lock kit BMW E36 M3 / E46 M3 – FULL KIT

The complete steering lock kit for BMW E36 M3 and BMW E46 M3 is designed for drift and track use, where the goal is to achieve a significantly larger steering angle, more precise control over the front axle, and a complete solution without the need for complex body modifications.

This is a FULL plug & play kit, which includes all necessary parts for installation. The components are CNC machined for precise seating on the steering knuckle and pins, which is crucial for high loads and driving at large angles. The front arms are laser-cut and structurally designed for motorsport use.

Extended arms add approximately 4 cm compared to the stock solution, and the adapter moves the wheel by an additional 2 cm. This results in an overall widening of approximately 6 cm per side and the possibility of achieving approximately 62° of steering angle. This significantly helps with drifting, transitions, and car control in a slide.

Installation is fully reversible and does not require cutting, welding, or grinding of the bodywork. However, for proper function, it is necessary to move the upper shock mount outwards, for example, via a camber plate, relocator, or M3 mount. This is a normal part of the setup for such a kit.

This kit is primarily intended for circuit, drift, and motorsport builds, where maximum lock, strength, and precise front axle response are priorities.
