A roll cage is essential equipment for vehicles used on a track or in a rally. It is among the most important safety features of a vehicle.
For production, E355 seamless steel tubes with dimensions of 45×2.5 mm and 40×2 mm are used, ensuring high strength and reliability of the structure.
The roll cage comes with an assembly drawing that precisely shows where each tube belongs. All tubes, plates, and reinforcements are designed to fit together exactly, making assembly as easy as possible.
How is the structure created? First, a 3D scan of the vehicle's interior is made, followed by a 3D CAD design. During the design process, care is taken to ensure that the tubes are as close as possible to the bodywork while not obstructing the driver's view.
Before ordering, we recommend checking the technical regulations of the event or series you plan to race in. If necessary, a render or design of the structure can be shown to a technical commissioner to verify that a specific roll cage model is permitted for the given competition.
