Stainless steel ignition coil cover for BMW M50 engines, designed especially for projects with a top-mount turbocharger.

In turbo conversions, ignition coils and wiring are often exposed to extreme temperatures from the turbo and exhaust manifold. This cover functions as a heat shield, protecting electrical components from radiant heat that could damage the ignition system.

The cover is made of 1.5 mm stainless steel, which is laser cut and bent on CNC press brakes. The joints are laser welded for high precision and strength.
