BMW E46 – rear subframe reinforcement kit

We offer a rear axle beam reinforcement kit for BMW E46, designed to repair or strengthen critical areas of the rear suspension.

The BMW E46 is known for potential cracking or damage to the rear beam and its mounts in the bodywork under high load or sporty use. This reinforcement kit helps repair the damaged area and significantly increase the strength of the entire structure.

The reinforcements are not ordinary flat plates – they are precisely designed and shaped parts that follow the curvature and pressed sections of the BMW E46 rear beam.

For older vehicles, minor adjustments to the parts (gentle straightening with a hammer) may be necessary, as individual car bodies can vary slightly after years of use.

Installation

The reinforcements need to be welded to the rear axle beam.

In the installation photos, the areas for reinforcements are marked in red, which facilitates correct installation.
