The GTC-300 carbon adjustable wing is a functional aerodynamic upgrade for the BMW E46 Coupe. With a span of 67 or 61 inches and a height of 13 inches, it offers effective downforce and improved stability at higher speeds.

The 3D aerodynamic profile optimizes airflow, reducing drag while increasing downforce. The design has been tested using CFD analysis.

The wing is made from CFRP composites with pre-preg carbon fibers for maximum strength and low weight. Manufacturing is done using an autoclave and vacuum pressing in precise aluminum molds.

The wing supports consist of 10 mm "aircraft grade" 6061 aluminum struts with a black powder-coated finish.
