BMW E36 – rear trailing arm pocket reinforcement kit

We offer a set of rear trailing arm mounting reinforcements for BMW E36, which serves to repair or strengthen a critical point of the rear suspension.

The BMW E36 is often used in drift, race, and track projects, where the rear suspension is subjected to extreme loads. In these cases, the trailing arm mount in the bodywork can be damaged or cracked.

This kit is designed to not only repair the damaged area but also significantly increase its strength and prevent further damage.

Extended Version

The reinforcement includes an extended beam (larger "pocket"), which allows for a greater range of rear axle toe adjustment.

This is especially important for:

• significantly lowered vehicles
• projects focused on maximum grip or drift

Installation

The reinforcements need to be welded into the vehicle's bodywork.

Due to the larger beam, it is necessary to partially modify the bodywork (cut out a section of sheet metal) for the reinforcement to fit correctly.

The package also includes a mounting template, which helps to precisely determine the cutting and welding locations. After applying the template, reference holes are drilled – if they align with the holes in the reinforcement, the part is correctly aligned.
