Conversion arms allow the front axle of a BMW E30 to be converted to a 5x120 bolt pattern using hubs and swivel joints from a BMW E36.
The arms are made of structural steel cut by a precise CNC laser and then professionally welded to ensure maximum strength and precision.
The bushings are welded at the correct angle, allowing the pins to operate within the range specified by the manufacturer. This solution ensures a long service life for moving parts and correct axle geometry.
The product is designed for use with BMW E30 production pins and positions the wheel precisely in the center of the fender without the need for eccentric bushings or polyurethane bushings.
For installation, it is necessary to use swivel knuckles from a BMW E36.
The arms are surface-finished with powder coating, which provides protection against corrosion.
