The APR hood vent for the Ford Mustang is a functional aerodynamic and cooling element designed to efficiently dissipate hot air from the engine bay.

At high temperatures, heat accumulates in the engine bay, negatively affecting both performance and component lifespan. This vent allows for faster heat dissipation, thereby improving the cooling of the engine, braking system, and other critical parts.

It also helps reduce under-hood pressure, which positively impacts vehicle aerodynamics at higher speeds.

It is made from CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced polymer) using pre-preg technology, ensuring high strength, low weight, and long-term durability.

Note:

Installation requires cutting into the hood – professional installation is recommended.
